If the amount of consumed services exceeds the value of the gift card, the owner of the gift card can cover the difference at the time of purchase;
If the purchase amount is less than the value of the gift card, the unused amount will not be returned;
The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash;
A gift card that has exceeded its validity period will not be accepted and the gift card will be cancelled;
A damaged or lost gift card cannot be exchanged for a new gift card or cash;
Reproduction of the gift card in any way is not allowed;
The gift card is a means of payment, please present it to the hotel reception when paying for the service;
Gift card is valid 6 months from the date of purchase;
